To resolve this issue all you have to do is re-check IPv6 in the properties of you NIC and reboot.
NOTE: IPv4 must also be enabled.
Properly Disabling IPv6
SBS 2011, like SBS 2008, is designed to fully support IPv6 and has IPv6 enabled by default. Most users should never need to disable IPv6, however if you must disable IPv6 here is how to disable it properly:

RRAS (VPN) Note: If you plan to enable VPN on your SBS 2011 server, you MUST also Export and then Delete the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RemoteAccess\RouterManagers\Ipv6
If you do not delete this key you will get an 20103 Event when trying to start RRAS with IPv6 disabled. You must reboot after removing this key.

Resolution:
Set the local region setting to Format English (United States) MM/dd/yyyy and set your present location to US. You need to make sure that you restart the SQL reporting services and some SQL (TMG) related services as well.
Service Pack 1 Upgrade Problem (TMG)
You downloaded the TMG 2010 service pack from the Microsoft Download Center, now when you deploy TMG SP 1 you get the following error: 
Below is the step-by-step instructions that might assist to recitify the issue:
1. Go to the folder where the TMG service pack is saved and light and press the SHIFT key and right-click on the .MSP file, and then select Copy as path.
2. Launch the Windows Command Prompt (cmd), ensure that you run the Command Prompt as the Administrator. For example, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right click Command Prompt and click Run As Administrator. Right-click the Command Prompt icon, and then select Run as administrator.
3. Right-click the Command Prompt window and select Paste. Then press enter key to start the installation.
4. Follow the instructions in the wizard to finish…
To install exchange Server 2010, you need to firstly extend the schema. You can do this by using these commands and to achieve this you need to be a member of the schema, enterprise, and domain admin groups.
setup /PrepareSchema
Setup /PrepareAD /OrganizationName:ZA
setup /PrepareDomain
NB: Exchange Server 2010 is available only in 64-bit edition and you can make the best of it, if you install it in Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2. Before installing exchange 2010, you have to install its pre-requisites.
The Initial configurations are as follows: Configure “NetTcpPortSharing” service to start automatic. and install the “Microsoft Filter Pack”
Now you should be able to kick off the exchange server 2010 installation from the setup.
Error 800: can’t establish a vpn connection
Resolution:
Open – ISA Server Management – Click Firewall Policy – Double Click Your Access Policy – go to Protocols Tab – Click on ADD – Expand All Protocols – Add PPTP.
Then you should be able to establish VPN connection perfect.
SRP is showing as disconnected on your BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express (BESX).
Resolution: This problem is caused by incorrect SRP ID: Request a new SRP ID and License Key (SRP Authentication Key) from RIM.

You attempting to install BESx 5.0 for Exchange on a non-exchange server. BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express install option is greyed out.
Resolution:
On Windows 2008 Server make sure that Terminal Service Role is not added. If so remove Terminal Service Role and rerun BESX installation. I don’t know why this happens but BESX installation fails when your server has TS role.
